These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of pixelsunion.com and the games available on it (together, the "Service").
The Service is operated by an independent solo developer, trading as "Pixels Union". There is no registered company behind the Service, and we make no claim to a company registration number. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is intended for individuals who are at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The games are free browser games with no mature content and are otherwise suitable for a general audience.
Every game offered on the Service is free to play in full. There is nothing to buy on the Service: no subscriptions, no in-game currency, and no paid upgrades. We do not ask for payment details at any point.

The Service does not offer or require player accounts, usernames, passwords, or any other access credential, and there is no logged-in area of the Site. Any high scores or progress are stored in your own browser only, are never tied to an identity, and may be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices.
The game code, artwork, names, and written content on the Service are original works created for this Site and are owned by the operator of the Service, protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. No rights are transferred to you except the limited license described above.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
